These Provider Terms apply to every astrologer, priest, temple trust, goshala, NGO, and authorised operator who uses SPN Vendor or is listed on Dosha Nivaran.
You are an independent service provider. Nothing in this arrangement creates employment, partnership, or agency. You may accept bookings only after the Company approves your onboarding.
You will submit true profile data, government ID, registration or trust or 80G documents as applicable, a photograph, and bank or UPI details with proof. You authorise us to verify documents.
Material profile changes may require admin approval. If KYC or bank verification is rejected, you must correct it before payouts resume.
Join the room within the join window. You will treat Kundali and birth data as confidential and use them only for that session. You will not guarantee medical cures, investment returns, marriage outcomes, or legal results.
You consent to session recording where the platform enables it, for quality, training, and disputes, for the published retention period.
Devotee payments are collected by the Company. You will not collect a parallel fee for the same booking.
A platform service fee may be deducted from provider settlements as disclosed in the provider agreement. Applicable GST is shown at checkout. Payouts are made by bank transfer or UPI to the verified account on the configured cycle.
Birth details, Kundali, recordings, devotee identity, and evidence are confidential. You will not use them for marketing, social media, or a competing practice without written consent.
Laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
