These Terms govern your use of Dosha Nivaran and any booking of consultations, pujas, sevas, donations, or related services fulfilled through the Service Provider Network ("SPN") operated by AJA ASTROTECH PVT LTD ("Company").
By creating an account, booking a service, or using the Dosha Nivaran application or website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Astrology & Spiritual Services Disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract in India. If you book a consultation or seva for another person, you confirm you have authority to share their personal and birth details.
Dosha Nivaran is a technology platform. SPN connects you with independent astrologers, priests, temples, goshalas, and NGOs ("Providers").
Providers are not employees, partners, or agents of the Company except where we expressly say so. Verification is not a guarantee of spiritual results or of the Provider’s later conduct.
You must not contact a Provider outside the app to bypass fees, alter the ritual, or solicit personal data.
You will provide accurate birth data, names, gotra if asked, and sankalpam details, and join consultations on time with a stable connection.
Fees are prepaid unless we state otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Applicable GST is shown at checkout.
Consultation and seva cancellation follow the Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. As currently configured, consultation fees are not refunded to source as a default rule. A free reschedule on the same payment may be granted if the Provider cancels or does not join.
Statutory rights under applicable consumer law still apply.
The apps, trademarks including Dosha Nivaran, DNA, SPN, and AJA Astrotech, and content we create remain our property. Your birth data remains yours; you licence us to process it to deliver the service.
You will not reverse-engineer the apps, scrape Provider data, abuse reschedules, or use the services for illegal activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company’s aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-court jurisdiction, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
