Refund & Cancellation - DNA Service Provider Network

1. Consultations

Default rule: no cash or source refund. Value is preserved through reschedule where this policy grants it.

• You cancel for convenience: no refund; reschedule is not self-serve unless support grants it
• Provider cancels before joining: no refund; free reschedule on the same payment
• You joined and the astrologer did not: no refund; free reschedule
• Astrologer joined and you did not: no refund unless admin later approves
• Neither joined: no refund and no automatic reschedule
• Platform outage: case-by-case through support

2. Priest, Temple, Goshala, and NGO Sevas

A booking that the Provider rejects is not fulfilled. After the Provider accepts, cancellation by the devotee may be refused or charged if work has started or samagri has been committed.

Donations: once an NGO or goshala has accepted and started fulfilment, donations are generally non-refundable. If the organisation cannot fulfil, we may offer a substitute programme or a refund at our discretion.

3. How to Request Help

Email support@doshanivaran.com with booking ID, registered mobile, and a short description within 7 days of the scheduled slot, or longer if law requires. We aim to respond in 3–5 business days.

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law.
