Privacy Policy - DNA Vendor Partner Network

1. Introduction

AJA ASTROTECH PVT LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects personal information in connection with the DNA Vendor Partner Network ("VPN"). In this product, VPN means Vendor Partner Network. It is not a virtual private network or internet-security service.

The Vendor Partner Network is the official B2B partner channel for Dosha Nivaran services. Authorised partners generate Vedic reports, muhurta documents, and printed booklets for their own customers through a partner portal and prepaid wallet.

We are committed to protecting privacy and processing personal information in compliance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules.

2. Whose Data We Process

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• AJA staff using the Vendor Partner Network admin console
• Partners, including organisation contacts, branch contacts, employee seats, and individual vendors
• Customers of Partners, whose birth and contact data is entered by the Partner to generate a service

3. Information We Collect

Partner information may include:

• Name, email, phone, and address
• Vendor type and legal entity details
• PAN, GSTIN, and CIN or TAN where provided
• Aadhaar and bank details for individual vendors
• KYC documents and signed vendor agreement
• Login credentials, wallet activity, and support tickets
• Device and session data used for security

Customer Information (via Partner)

When a Partner generates a service, the Partner may submit:

• Customer name, phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Date, time, and place of birth
• Couple or match-making details where relevant
• Delivery address for printed booklets
• Hospital or doctor details for hospital Janma covers
• Generated reports and generation history

Payment Information

Wallet top-ups and related payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers such as Razorpay, or recorded offline by authorised AJA staff.

We do not store sensitive financial information such as card numbers, CVV, net banking credentials, or UPI PIN. Payment processing is handled directly by certified payment processors.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

• To onboard and verify Partners
• To operate prepaid wallets and apply applicable GST at generation
• To generate Dosha Nivaran reports, muhurta documents, and booklets
• To print and ship booklets where ordered
• To provide partner support and prevent fraud
• To meet tax, KYC, audit, and other legal obligations
• To improve the security and operation of the Partner Platform

5. Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent, including Partner and Customer consent collected at generation
• Contractual necessity under the vendor agreement and these Terms
• Compliance with legal obligations such as tax and KYC requirements
• Legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared with:

• Payment processors such as Razorpay for wallet recharge
• Print and fulfilment vendors for booklet delivery
• SMS, email, and WhatsApp providers for OTP and notifications
• Maps or geo providers used for address and birth-place lookup
• Authorised AJA staff who operate the Vendor Partner Network
• Legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or government request

7. Data Security

Access is role-based. Partners see only their organisation, branch, or individual workspace. The admin console is limited to authorised AJA staff. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

• Secure HTTPS communication
• Access controls and authentication
• Secure hosting infrastructure
• Data encryption where applicable
• Monitoring and logging mechanisms

8. Data Retention

KYC, invoices, and generation records are retained as required for tax, audit, and dispute handling.

Access logs and support tickets are retained for operations and security, then securely deleted or anonymized where the law permits.

9. User Rights

Subject to Indian law, individuals may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where permitted, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based.

Birth data already used for a generated report is locked for that document and cannot be changed after confirmation.

10. Children's Privacy

Child Janma services process a child’s birth data provided by the Partner or parents. Partners must obtain appropriate parental authority before submitting a child’s data.
