AJA ASTROTECH PVT LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use Dosha Nivaran (devotee), SPN Vendor (provider), or ajaastrotech.com pages about the Service Provider Network ("SPN").
This notice is intended to be consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules.

3. Whose Data We Process
- Devotees and family members whose charts or sevas are booked
- Providers and their authorised signatories
- Website visitors, limited to technical data
- Company administrators
4. Devotee Information
- Name, mobile, email, and gender
- Date, time, and place of birth; Kundali and remedy reports
- Booking, slot, language, and sankalpam notes
- Call join timestamps, duration, and diagnostics needed for the session
- Consultation recordings when recording is enabled
- Payment references. We do not store full card numbers
- Support messages
5. Provider Information
- Identity, contact, photograph, address, and location if permission is granted
- Organisation, trust, 80G, or registration numbers
- Government ID images and KYC documents
- Bank account, IFSC, UPI, and bank proof
- Offerings, prices, availability, languages, and experience
- Bookings, evidence files, earnings, and UTR
- OTP logs, session tokens, and device-permission metadata
6. Why We Use Data
- To create accounts, send OTP, book services, run calls, review evidence, and settle dakshina
- To verify KYC and prevent fraud
- To collect fees and pay providers
- To handle quality, disputes, and no-show logs
- To meet tax, accounting, and law-enforcement obligations
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Kundali data to train public generative-AI models. We share data only with:
- The assigned Provider, limited to what that booking needs
- Company administrators reviewing KYC, evidence, and settlements
- Processors such as Razorpay, SmartPing SMS, Agora, Google geo services, Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, hosting, and the Dosha Nivaran backend
- Authorities when required by law
8. Retention
- Active account profile while the account is open, plus a reasonable period after
- KYC, bookings, payments, and settlements as required for tax and audit
- Consultation recordings typically 48 hours after the file is ready, then auto-deleted when auto-delete is on
- OTP is valid for 2 minutes; logs are kept only as needed for abuse control
9. Security and Rights
We use access-controlled APIs, private object storage, and TLS in transit. No method is 100% secure.
Subject to Indian law, you may request access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal may stop the service.
10. Children's Privacy
The services are directed at adults. A parent or guardian may book a chart or seva for a minor and is responsible for that data.
