These Terms govern use of the Vendor Partner Network portal and mobile application ("Partner Platform"), Dosha Nivaran reports, muhurta documents, and booklets generated through that platform ("Services"), and related websites operated by AJA ASTROTECH PVT LTD ("Company").
By accessing or using the Partner Platform, a Partner agrees to be bound by these Terms and the vendor agreement signed during onboarding.
The Services are based on classical Vedic Jyotisha (Parasara Hora Sastra). They are offered as personal spiritual guidance and educational insight only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or investment advice. The Company does not guarantee any outcome.
VPN in this product means Vendor Partner Network. These Terms do not cover virtual-private-network or network-security services.
Partner means an onboarded organisation, branch, seat user, or individual vendor.
Customer means the person for whom a Partner generates a Service. End customers do not receive a Vendor Partner Network login.
Partners must complete KYC, verify contact details, and sign the vendor agreement before production use. Organisations provide PAN and GSTIN. Individual vendors provide Aadhaar and PAN.
The Company may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke access.
Access is limited to provisioned roles: organisation administrator, branch administrator, employee seat, and individual vendor. Credentials are personal. The Partner is responsible for all activity under its accounts.
The Partner collects and enters Customer birth and contact data, and must obtain Customer consent before generation.
After the Partner confirms details and generation starts, birth data cannot be changed. The Company is not responsible for errors from incorrect data supplied by the Partner or Customer.
Services are prepaid. Wallet top-up is a credit for future generation. GST is not charged on wallet top-up. GST is charged when a report or muhurta is generated, as configured by the Company.
Generation is irreversible once confirmed. Failed generation may restore wallet balance.
Catalog prices, vendor-type prices, GST mode, and recharge discounts may change. The applicable price is the price shown at the time of generation or recharge quote.
The Partner sets its own retail price to Customers unless a separate rate card says otherwise. The Customer pays the Partner. The Partner pays AJA through the prepaid wallet.
Digital reports and muhurta documents are generated as PDFs for the Partner to deliver. Printed booklets are fulfilled through Company operations; timelines depend on print and shipping. The Partner must collect a correct delivery address for booklets.
Dosha Nivaran content, software, catalog, and trademarks remain Company property. Partners receive a limited licence to generate and deliver official documents to their Customers, and may describe themselves as an authorised Dosha Nivaran partner. Partners may not claim to be AJA.
Partners may raise tickets in the Platform. The product targets a response within 24 hours; this is an operational target, not a legal SLA unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
The Company may revoke Partner access. A revoked Partner may raise a support ticket for review.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for decisions a Customer or Partner makes based on Jyotisha content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
The Company may update these Terms. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana.
